The terms and conditions below apply for all recipients of a Purchase Order from Norske Shell E&P where this web-page has been referred to.
The General Conditions applies for minor scopes of work onshore and offshore and relatively simple purchases of materials. For more complex purchases of materials special conditions will be agreed. For offshore work the offshore conditions below will in addition apply.
In case of discrepancies between the Norwegian and English text the Norwegian text shall govern.
